At the heart of June Tide is a simple value: family. Founded by wife and mother Alison Aiken-Hughes, June Tide began with the vision of creating a business that could grow alongside raising a tiny human. After eight years working in higher education, with a focus on community engagement, coordination, and bringing people together, it became clear that early motherhood did not fit neatly within a traditional work model.

June Tide Coffee Bar was created as a way to combine those experiences with a love for thoughtful hospitality: great coffee, warm service, and the small details that make people feel unique. From weddings and celebrations to corporate events and neighborhood gatherings, June Tide is about more than what’s in the cup. It’s about genuine connection, creating memorable moments, and making every event feel a little more special.
